Just look at this face! I mean could it get any cuter? I dont think so! Little Jillian NEEDS a home and fast! She will be going away to an institution soon and after that she can't be adopted... :'(. From a missionary who visited with her recently: Jillian develops very quickly… loves to learn, is curious and likes to study outside world. She is emotional and active, can do a lot by herself. But she does not walk, not yet. Lively and caring girl needs parents and love and care of which she will learn even more.
Jillian is ALREADY 5 and is facing the institution soon. Hope someone will consider being her mama! Single moms welcome. More photos available.

I believe Jillian (and the other children you have posted about) CAN still be adopted when they are transfered BUT why would we do that to a child? Why would we make a child suffer when they could be home? YES I too think she needs a family BEFORE she is transfered but she still CAN be adopted once she is transfered! When she is transfered it will make the adoption harder and possibly take longer but it can be done :)
